Large Silicone Gag with Stainless Steel Bars and Ball – Inspired by “The Big One”
This gag is based on the “The Big One” model and shares many of its proven features. Unlike the original, however, it is not intended to be worn discreetly under masks or muzzles. The prominent stainless steel bars and the visible ball gag make it easily recognizable even from a distance.
Inside the mouth, the gag follows the same general shape as “The Big One.” The jaw opening angle is significantly larger to provide enough space for both the bar and the ball. This creates an even more intense sensation of a fully filled mouth. The stainless steel bars hold the gag securely and firmly in place without coming into contact with the teeth.
The gag fills the oral cavity as well as the space between lips and teeth. The tongue is held firmly in a specially designed opening.
Speech Restriction
Speech is reduced to inarticulate sounds. With some experience, simple expressions can be guessed from these sounds – whether you understand them or not is entirely up to you. This can be very frustrating for the sub and is intentionally part of the experience.
Wearing Duration
When chosen in the correct size, the gag can be worn for several hours. Most importantly, the sub must never be left alone while wearing it. Breaks should be taken when necessary.

Sizes and Selection
The gag is available in several sizes. Since determining the exact size can be difficult, body height currently serves as a guideline:
- XS – up to approx. 1.65 m
- S – up to approx. 1.69 m
- M – up to approx. 1.78 m
- L – up to approx. 1.86 m
- XL – up to approx. 1.94 m
