The breathing aid for the multi-purpose gag is designed in a hemispherical shape. The holes around it can never all be covered at the same time. The extension with integrated breathing tube allows breathing in any position.

Our breathing aid is ideal for gagged subs who like freedom of movement, like to snuggle up to their top or roll around in bed.
