This is an intense version of a gag for the lover of special gags. It's hard to say exactly how to classify it. Is it a ball gag or a tongue gag or a mouth guard? No one knows.
The Big One Air is a further development of the Big One. There have been many requests from people who have problems breathing through their nose and therefore have to breathe through their mouth.

NEVER INSERT OR SUCK IN LIQUIDS THROUGH THE TUBE. THERE IS A RISK THAT THEY COULD GET INTO THE LUNGS. THIS COULD BE LIFE-THREATENING.
It optimally fills the oral cavity as well as the space between teeth and lips.
The tongue is essentially fixed in a designated opening. Depending on the size of the tongue, there is also a vacuum effect when you try to pull the tongue out. However, this does not prevent you from removing the gag by hand. It is possible to pull the tongue out of the tongue opening, but you don't get much out of it and you quickly put it back in.
It is very thin in the area of the frenulum and there is a designated area that can be cut out if you need more space for the frenulum.

The gag is designed to be worn under a mask, muzzle or similar. Without additional security, the gag can be pushed out.
Speaking is reduced to inarticulate sounds. The Big On Air doesn't work quite as well as the Big One because of the windpipe. If you know what the gagged person wants to say, you can guess from the sounds. You can also use the Big One Air like the Big One if you block the tube. If the sub needs more air or wants to say something, you open the tube.
Drooling can range from a little to a lot, depending on the user. Drooling does not occur through the trachea.
A gag reflex should hardly occur at all (otherwise the size is wrong).
Swallowing is possible.
You can wear this gag for several hours.
Material:
The gag is made of soft silicone and is therefore comfortable to wear.
The silicone is food-safe and approved for use on skin and mucous membranes. It can be boiled to disinfect.
Sizes:
There are several sizes, but it is difficult to find a simple system to determine the right size, so for now I have chosen body height as a guideline.
