The "Ultra Steel Air" is the variant of the "Ultra Steel" that also allows breathing through the mouth.

It fills the oral cavity as well as the space between teeth and lips to the maximum.
The tongue is fixed in a designated opening. The bar holds the gag firmly in place.

The gag is made of soft silicone and is therefore comfortable to wear.
The silicone is food safe and approved for skin and mucous membranes.

Speaking is reduced to unarticulated sounds. If you know what the gagged person wants to say, you can guess from the sounds. The breathing option makes it a little easier to understand than without it.

There are several sizes, but it is difficult to find a simple system to determine the right size. For now, I have chosen body height as a guideline.
